Premier was founded in 1984 and headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. In 2005, Voith Industrial Services, a group division of Voith AG, acquired Premier. Voith is a reliable partner for essential industries and has been setting standards around the world in our markets for paper, energy, mobility, and service.
